CANNOCK Chase’s very own Bigfoot has been with us since 1879, documents have revealed. And as sightings of the creature continue to flood in, prominent cryptzoologist Nick Redfern declares: “It has paranormal origins!”
Well, it comes as no surprise. It unraveled pretty much as I anticipated it would. The only alternate scenario was that the body would disappear, and conspiracy theories would have abounded about how some “men in black” or government agents had swiped [the Bigfoot cadaver]. But what actually happened was the most likely scenario, and [the ruse] could only have been sustained for so long. It’s really comical.
When confronted about their deception over the weekend, Rick Dyer and Mathew Whitton apparently admitted that their prize finding is really a costume. The deceptive duo has since run off with an undisclosed sum of advance money they got from Searching for Bigfoot, Inc., the group that held Friday’s ridiculed press conference in Palo Alto, Calif.
